Day Fourteen – 30 Days of Creativity 2012

Almost halfway there!

The set theme today was ‘quotation marks’. I almost went down the route of doing some kind of paisley effect in a pair of quotation marks but decided to go down the typography route again. Practice makes perfect, so they say!

Basically I’ve gone for the chuck-a-load-of-stuff-onto-your-image-and-add-a-bit-of-CMYK approach (I do love a bit of CMYK. It’s just such a striking combination of colours):

Quotation Marks – and lots of ’em!

What do you reckon? Which are your favourite quote marks? Mine are the energetic looking ones on the penultimate row, one in from the left.

  1. This really made me smile! It reminds me of when print registration marks don’t line up – I always found the resulting patterns fascinating!
